She is the founder of 3 Moinhos, a production company in Brazil, and has organized numerous film retrospectives in Brazil and produced and co-produced various films in Latin America. Ana\u2019s films have been selected at a variety of international festivals such as the Berlinale and the International Film Festival Rotterdam. She has been living in Montreal since 2018, completing vocational training in the INIS (Quebec\u2019s National Institute of Image and Sound) mixed program. Her master\u2019s thesis addressed ethnocultural representation in contemporary film in Quebec. Following her studies, she worked in the casting department at Les Films S\u00e9ville and joined the micro_scope team, adding film production to her skill set. She has been a script consultant since 2015, supporting numerous screenwriters in long and short films.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Marwa was born to a mother from Quebec and a father from Egypt. She has a particular interest in ethnocultural identity and stereotypes perpetuated in cultural works, a topic that is particularly close to her heart. Her films have been presented and have earned awards at many festivals in Quebec, across Canada, and around the world. In 2019, Sandra obtained a Netflix scholarship to further her academic pursuits in screenwriting at INIS. She is currently working on a number of projects, including a feature documentary and a web series project. Il a \u00e9galement lanc\u00e9 deux s\u00e9ries t\u00e9l\u00e9vis\u00e9es sur MAtv (Vid\u00e9otron). Plus r\u00e9cemment, au Centre Segal, il s\u2019est produit dans Once There Was Melody, tout en assurant la direction musicale. Ely est pr\u00e9sident de Partenaires philanthropiques du Canada qui met en place une collaboration entre des organismes sans but lucratif canadiens et isra\u00e9liens, afin de lutter contre la pauvret\u00e9 et de promouvoir la sant\u00e9 au sein de la population. Son attachement \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer les conditions de vie de ses concitoyens l\u2019a incit\u00e9 \u00e0 lancer Sports and Studies in Action, un organisme sans but lucratif charg\u00e9 de promouvoir la sant\u00e9 et la formation de la jeunesse, et de d\u00e9velopper des perspectives de carri\u00e8re. Un webmagazine qui pose un regard sur le travail des actrices, des acteurs et des artisans qui fa\u00e7onnent le cin\u00e9ma au Qu\u00e9bec, en France et \u00e0 l\u2019international.
