This process will be carried out under the professional tutelage of an industry professional with professional equipment from\u00a0<strong>Inis\u00a0<\/strong>(l\u2019Institut national de l\u2019image et du son) and\u00a0<strong>PRIM\u00a0<\/strong>(Productions R\u00e9alisations Ind\u00e9pendantes de Montr\u00e9al). Filmmakers will address the issue of social integration of people from black communities in Montreal through film.<\/p>\n<p>The program addresses young Montrealers between 18 and 30, who are from black communities and have a passion for cinema.
